We can supply machines with loading widths variable from 1.5 up to 5 m, with spiked lattices in galvanised or stainless steel and slats in evaporated beech wood or multi-layer wood.
The construction of the feeding conveyor changes according to the production needs of the customer, from 3 cloth-layer Pvc conveyors, reinforced by slats in multi-layer wood to conveyors with steel slats.
In our production program we have also bale openers with double conveyor for textile Companies, which produce blends for the yarn production.
GENERAL STANDARD TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Spiked lattice in galvanised steel or stainless steel with variable geometry and pitch
- Feeding conveyor in pvc with 3 cloth layers with slats in multi-layer wood or with slats in galvanised steel
- Spiked lattice drive by inverter, with possibility to change the speed
- Drive of the feeding conveyor by motor gearbox with eventual hydraulic variable speed drive to change the speed
- For the hopper feeders and the bale openers with working widths higher than 2.5 m we foresee, according to the use type, a discharge by conveying belts
