Our standard production foresees machines with capacities from 40 to 100 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every customer. The machine is equipped with a special packaging, which allows to wind the bale completely in nylon clothes. According to the needs of the end user, the weight of the bale and the pressing pressure, it is possible also to carry out the binding operation with polypropylene and polyethylene straps on the protection cloth.
STRUCTURE The carpentry of the machine, manufactured with beams and reinforced steel sheets having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to the continuous mechanical stress. The pressing case is defined by the pressing table and pushed by the compacting table and by a sliding sluice, which, once the pressing cycle is finished, goes up to allow the removal of the bale.
COMPACTING TABLE Made up by sheets and profiles in steel with high thickness, it is completely coated on its sides by high density polyethylene plates to ensure mechanical stability and resistance during the descent.
PRESSING AND PUSHING TABLE Made up by sheets in steel with high thickness, it is completely coated on its sides by high density polyethylene plates to ensure stability during the pressing and the removal of the bale from the machine.
LOADING GROUP It is composed mainly by an air separator and a rest chamber, in which the sawdust, duly cleaned from the fines particles, is deposited. An hydraulic pusher pushes the material from the rest chamber to the inside of the baling press, in order that the pressing cycle can begin.
BALE PACKAGING The packaging system foresees the complete winding of the bale with nylon film. The operations foresees the longitudinal welding of the nylon, the winding during the removal, and the transversal welding for the packaging closing. The nylon rolls to be used, that can be replaced once they are finished, can be commonly found on the market and their thickness can be chosen by every single customer. According to the customer’s needs, it is possible to carry out the automatic binding of the bale by polypropylene or polyester straps on the winding nylon.
HYDRAULIC STATION It is positioned near the machine and it is the most important part of the baling press; the execution speed of the finished bales, the strength developed by the machine, and a big part of the noise produced by the baling press as well as the reliability in the time of the good functioning depend on it. Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.
Then to complete the plant, we have the electric control board, which can be installed on the machine or in a remote position, and external perimeter protections, if required. On request the machine can be equipped with electronic weighing pan, to state exactly the weight of each bale and the general production. |
