The press mod. DPM is a machine which has been specifically designed to press and reduce the dimensions of the mattresses.
The standard production foresees machines having a power included within 30 to 60 Tons, installed in plants, which have been designed according to the requirements of production and space of every single customer.
Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. is able to supply complete plants for the re-dimensioning of the mattress volume and their rolling up in nylon film, in order to reduce the storing and shipment spaces of the packed mattress.

STRUCTURE
It is manufactured by sheets in semi-finished steel with high thickness, which give to the machine stability and resistance to the continuous mechanical stresses.
The base of the pressing table is made up by conveyors, which lay on a steel sheet, in order to transfer the mattress to the next feeding station of the final rolling unit.
The pressing and rolling up plant of the mattress in the standard version supply is fed manually by the operators.

PRESSING TABLE
It is made up of sheets and steel profiles having a high thickness, connected with hydraulic pistons, installed at the edges of the press.

HYDRAULIC STATION
The hydraulic station is installed under the machine to reduce the floor requirement.
All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stresses, caused by the working pressure of the  press and to wear and tear of the seals.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.

On request the plant can be equipped with automatic feeding of the mattresses.
The plant then is complete with the driving and control electric board, to be installed in a remote position, and external perimeter  protections.
