The press mod. D10 M has been specifically designed to press and package single and double mattresses, vacuum packing them in a polypropylene bag.
To make it possible on the pressing table we have installed two welding bars, driven by pneumatic pistons, which weld hermetically the polypropylene containing the pressed material. 
The standard production foresees machines having a power of 80 Tons. The press does not need any intervention of technicians for its installation, since it is supplied already in operating.

STRUCTURE
It is manufactured by sheets in semi-finished steel with high thickness, which give to the machine stability and resistance to the continuous mechanical stresses. The structure includes the lower table.  On the two sides of the table there are the counter bars for the welding.

PRESSING TABLE
It is made up of sheets and steel profiles having a high thickness and equipped with four driving wheels, which ensure stability and linearity to the table movement. Above the table there are the valves and the pneumatic pistons, which move the two welding bars.

HYDRAULIC STATION
The hydraulic station can be made on the structure of the baling press (on the headstock) to optimize the floor requirements and make the machine aesthetically more linear; or externally, under the machine itself.
All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stresses, caused by the working pressure of the  press and to wear and tear of the seals.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.
