The baling press mod. D1-S4 is suitable for the packaging of materials such as foam rubber having a regular geometrical shape (square) and expanded polyurethane. The baling press is equipped with hooks for the placement of two polypropylene bobbins. On the upper table there are four welding bars, driven by pneumatic pistons, which close hermetically the pressed material in the polypropylene. The standard production foresees machine with capacity from 15 to 30 tons. The baling press does not require the intervention of technicians for the installation, since it is shipped already assembled, ready to run.
STRUCTURE It is manufactured by semi-finished steel with high thickness, which give to the machine stability and resistance to the continuous mechanical stresses. The structure includes the lower table, around which there is a silicone rubber profile as contrast to the welding bars, and two supports for the bearing of the polypropylene bobbin.
PRESSING TABLE It is made up of sheets and steel profiles in high thickness and it is equipped with two driving wheels, which ensure stability and linearity to the movement of the table. Above the table there are the valves and the pneumatic pistons, which move the four welding bars. Furthermore there are two hooks to lay a polypropylene bobbin.
HYDRAULIC STATION The hydraulic station can be made on the machine structure, (i.e. on the headstock) to optimize the floor requirements and make the machine aesthetically more linear; or externally under the machine itself. All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stresses, caused by the working pressure of the baling press and wear and tear of the seals. Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer. |
