The baling press mod. D20W is suitable for the packaging of rise husk, sawdust, fragmentized expanded polyurethane and urban solid wastes.

The system, with two or more rotating cases, is suitable for high productions, with or without the automatic binding.
Our production foresees machines with capacity from 15 to 300 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every customer.

STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured by sheets and steel  beams  having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher stability to  the continuous mechanical stress.
The cases rotate automatically around a rotating column, positioning each time from the pressing side to the loading side and vice-versa.
The packaging of the bale can be manual, in nylon bags, or automatic, with one special packaging system, which allows to wrap completely the bale in nylon clothes.
According to the user’s requirements, the bale weight and the pressing pressure, it is possible to carry out also the binding operation with polypropylene or polyesther straps on the protection cloth.

COMPACTING TABLE
Made up by sheets and steel profiles with high thickness, it is completely coated on its sides with high density polyethylene plates to ensure stability and mechanical resistance during the descent.

PRESSURE AND PUSHING TABLE 
It is placed in an orthogonal position compared to the compacting table and its function is to  compact the bale against the sliding sluice, as well as to remove it from the machine after the pressing.
It is made up by sheets and high thickness steel profiles and it is completely coated on its sides by high density polyethylene plates, to ensure stability during the pressing and the removal of the bale from the machine.

LOADING GROUP
It is mainly composed of an air separator and of a loading silo, in which the material is deposited.

CASE ROTATION
The rotation of the cases occurs automatically, positioning the case from the loading side to the pressing side and vice-versa.
The rotating unit can be equipped with a min. of two up to a max. of four cases.
The system is equipped with a rotation braking system and locking of the cases in the right position.

BALE PACKAGING
The packaging system can be manual or automatic.
The first one foresees the manual insertion of nylon bags in the outlet chute and it requires the constant presence of the operator to hold them during the filling.
The automatic system allows to wrap completely the bale in nylon film.
The operations foresee the longitudinal welding of the nylon, the wrapping during the removal, and the transversal welding for the closing of the packaging.
The nylon rolls, to be used, which can be replaced once finished, can be found on the market commonly and the thickness can be chosen by every single customer.
According to the needs, it is possible to carry out the automatic binding of the bale by polypropylene or polyester straps on the wrapping nylon.

HYDRAULIC STATION
It is positioned near the loading pusher and it is  the most important part of the baling press;  the execution speed of the finished bales, the strength developed by the machine, and a big part of the noise produced by the baling press as well as the reliability in the time of the good functioning depend on it.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.

On request the baling press mod.D20 W can be equipped with electronic weighing pan, to state exactly the weight of each bale and the general production and with automatic binding strapping machine.
