The baling press mod. D30T is a machine suitable for the pressing of bumps in different diameters (400-600-800 mm).
The loading of the machine is carried out manually or automatically by cans in stainless steel or PE, centred under the machine and fastened automatically.
Our production program foresees machines with a capacity from 30 to 50 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bump on specific request of every customer.

STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured with beams and reinforced steel sheets having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to the continuous mechanical stress. the lower pressing piston, driven by a drive pole, operates directly on the internal disk of the can, and it carries out the pressing, squeezing the material against the upper table.

HYDRAULIC STATION
It has been made on the baling press structure to optimize the floor requirements and make the machine aesthetically more linear.
All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stress, caused by the working pressure of the baling press, and as well as to wear and tear of the seals.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.
