The baling press mod. D1 BUMPS is a machine suitable for the pressing of card slivers for the execution of bumps in different diameters.

The loading of the machine is carried out manually by cans in stainless steel or PE, centred under the machine and fastened automatically.
Our production program foresees machines with a capacity of 20 tons, with sizes and  weight of the finished bump on specific request of every customer.

STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured with beams and reinforced steel sheets having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to the continuous mechanical stress.
The sliver cans are equipped with a high density polyethylene plate, assembled on springs, and are driven, to avoid the rotation during the pressing.
The lower pressing piston, driven by a drive pole, operates directly on the disk inside the can, and it carries out the pressing, squeezing the material against the upper table.

UPPER PRESSING TABLE
It is equipped with an high density polyethylene finishing, on which there are the channels for the binding of the bumps.
The upper table is the surface, against which the material is pressed, and when the pre-set pressure is reached, it goes up together with the lower table, pulling out the bump, which has been created by the can.

HYDRAULIC STATION
It has been made on the baling press structure to optimize the floor requirements and make the machine aesthetically more linear.
All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stress, caused by the working pressure of the baling press, and as well as to wear and tear of the seals.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.

On request the baling press mod. D1 bumps bumps can be equipped with manual pneumatic strapping unit and with electronic weighing pan, to state exactly the weight of the bale and the production.
