The baling press mod. D17 is a machine suitable for the pressing of bumps and tops in different diameters. The loading of the machine is carried out by trolleys, which are placed on a sliding table.

The bobbins are loaded into the trolleys in superimposed layers, with quantities that change according to the production needs.
Our production program foresees machines with a capacity from 60 to 200 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every customer.
STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured with beams and reinforced steel sheets having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to the continuous mechanical stress.
The lower pressing table slides on guides, allowing the operating of the lower transfer table.
The pressure case, which slides on lateral guides, allowing the loading of the machine by trolleys, is equipped in its lower part, with holding blades, to bear the bumps, once they have been loaded.
TRANSFER TABLE
The transfer table, positioned under the lower pressing table, has the function to transfer the bumps from the inside of the trolley to the inside of the pressure case.
This component, manufactured in sheets and steel profiles with high thickness, is equipped with slots, to allow the passage of the lower holding blades of the case.
LOWER PRESSING TABLE
Made up by sheets and steel profiles with high thickness, it is assembled on wheels to allow its translation movement.
On the table there are the channels for the bale binding, in a changeable number, according to the processed product and according to the customer’s needs and on request we can install the device for the automatic tipping of the bale.
HYDRAULIC STATION
It is positioned near the machine and it is the most important part of the baling press; the execution speed of the finished bales, the strength developed by the machine, and a big part of the noise produced by the baling press as well as the reliability in the time of the good functioning depend on it.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.
On request the baling press mod.D17 can be equipped with automatic binding, electronic weighing pan and with any other component for the handling and storage of the finished bales. |
