The baling press mod. D21 is a machine suitable for the pressing of fibre and loose textile under-products of any type.

The machine is fed by an air/fibre separator (condenser), a storage chute and a pusher for the transfer of the material inside the pressing case.
According to the production needs, the feeding of the machine can foresee the installation of an accumulation conveyor instead of the storage chute.
In this case the condenser loads the accumulation conveyor, which, on its turn, discharges the material into the pusher for the loading of the pressing case.
Our production foresees machines with capacity from 40 to 300 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every single customer.

STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured with beams and reinforced steel sheets having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to the continuous mechanical stress.
In the lower pressing table, integral with the structure, there are the binding channels of the bale; the quantity and the position are changeable according to the production needs. The sliding pressing case, manufactured by sheets and semi-finished products in steel with high thickness, allows an easy access for the packaging of the bale and the manual extraction of the bale.
The machine can be equipped with mechanical holding blades for the pressing of the more voluminous materials and a door for the manual loading of the case.

PRESSING TABLE
Made up by sheets and profiles in steel with high thickness, it is complete with high density polyethylene plates and driving poles to ensure  stability during the pressing operations.
On the table there are the channels, that are necessary for the binding of the bale, in variable quantity according to the processed product and to the customer’s needs.

HYDRAULIC STATION
It is positioned near the loading pusher and it is the most important part of the baling press;  the execution speed of the finished bales, the strength developed by the machine, and a big part of the noise produced by the baling press as well as the reliability in the time of the good functioning depend on it.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.

On request the machine can be equipped with automatic binding, automatic picking up of the bale, electronic weighing pan and any other component for the handling and storage of the finished bales.
