The baling press mod. DOR-M is a manual machine for low productions, suitable for the pressing of textile fibre of any kind and of textile under-products in general in fibre or small clips.

Our standard production foresees machine with capacity from 15 to 50 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every customer.

STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured reinforced steel sheets having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to  the continuous mechanical stress.
The pressing case, defined by the pressing table, by the lateral walls and by the table, which is hinged  on the bottom of the machine, is equipped with holding blades, driven by pneumatic cylinders, for the pressing of voluminous materials, in a variable number according to the processed material typology.
The binding of the bale, by hoop irons in direct contact with the material, is carried out manually, through slots, in variable number according to the processed material typology, which are situated on the side frames of the pressing case.

PRESSING TABLE
Made up by sheets and profiles in steel with high thickness, it is completely coated on its sides by high density polyethylene plates and is equipped with sliding steel wheels to ensure mechanical stability and resistance during the pressing operations.
The pressing table is shaped in such a way to allow the passage of the hoop irons for the binding of the bale and it is equipped with two hydraulic cylinders to remove the bale at the end of the pressing operation.

HYDRAULIC STATION
It is positioned on  the machine and it is the most important part of the baling press; the execution speed of the finished bales, the strength developed by the machine, and a big part of the noise produced by the baling press as well as the reliability in the time of the good functioning depend on it.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.

The machine can be loaded by conveyors or by a system for the air/material separation (condenser). Then to complete the plant, we have the electric control board, which can be installed on the machine or in a remote position, according to the lay out of the plant.

On request the machine can be equipped with idle or motorized roller conveyors for the storage of the finished bales.
