The baling press mod. DLFTW is a machine for high productions, suitable for the pressing of textile fibres of any type and of loose textile under-products in general. Our standard production foresees machines with capacity from 100 to 500 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every customer. The machine does not need any excavation work or masonry intervention, since it has been designed to be installed totally over ground.
STRUCTURE The carpentry of the machine, manufactured with beams and reinforced steel sheets having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to the continuous mechanical stress. The cases, equipped with mechanical holding blades for the pressing of voluminous materials, rotate automatically around a turning column, positioning alternatively on the pressing side and on the loading side. The latter is equipped with an hydraulic rammer to allow the loading of big material quantities, with a pusher for the material accumulation, and with a system for the air/fibre separation (condenser). The case, positioned on the pressing side, is lifted up in the moment of the binding and of the removal of the bale, leaving in this way all the necessary space to be able to operate in full safety. The pressing and loading operations are carried out contemporarily, reducing very much the production times.
PRESSING TABLE Made up by sheets and profiles in steel with high thickness, it is completely coated on its sides by high density polyethylene plates and is equipped with a driving pole, to ensure stability during the pressing operations. On the table there are the necessary channels for the binding of the bale, in variable quantity according to the processed product and to the customer’s needs.
RAMMERING TABLE Made up by sheets and profiles in steel with high thickness, it is completely coated on its sides by high density polyethylene plates and is equipped with a driving pole, to ensure stability during the rammering of the material in the loading case.
CASE ROTATION The rotation of the cases occurs automatically, positioning alternatively the case full of material from the loading side to the pressing side, and the empty one from the pressing side to the loading side. The system is equipped with a rotation braking device and locking of the cases in the right position.
HYDRAULIC STATION It is positioned near the loading pusher and it is the most important part of the baling press; the execution speed of the finished bales, the strength developed by the machine, and a big part of the noise produced by the baling press as well as the reliability in the time of the good functioning depend on it. Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.
On request the machine can be equipped with automatic binding, automatic system for the caps, automatic picking up of the bale, electronic weighing pan and all components for the handling and the storage of the finished bales. Then to complete the plant, we have the electric control board, to be installed in a remote position, and external perimeter protections. |
