Our standard production foresees machines with capacity from 40 to 60 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every customer.
STRUCTURE The carpentry of the machine, manufactured reinforced steel sheets having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to the continuous mechanical stress. The pressing case is defined by the pressing table, by the pushing table and by a sliding sluice, which, once the pressing cycle is finished, goes up to allow the removal of the bale. The bale can be equipped with holding blades, driven by pneumatic cylinders, in variable number, which changes according to the processed material typology, for the pressing of voluminous materials.
PRESSING TABLE Made up by sheets and profiles in steel with high thickness, it is completely coated on its sides by high density polyethylene plates and is equipped with sliding steel wheels to ensure mechanical stability and resistance during the pressing operations.
PUSHING TABLE Made up by sheets and profiles in steel with high thickness, it is completely coated on its sides by high density polyethylene plates to ensure stability during the removal of the bale from the machine.
HYDRAULIC STATION It is positioned on the machine and it is the most important part of the baling press; the execution speed of the finished bales, the strength developed by the machine, and a big part of the noise produced by the baling press as well as the reliability in the time of the good functioning depend on it. Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer. The loading of the machine can be carried out by conveyors or by a system for the air/material separation (condenser).
Then to complete the plant, we have the electric control board, which can be installed on the machine or in a remote position, and external perimeter protections.
The machine can be equipped with a special packaging system, which allows to wrap first the bale in nylon clothes and then to carry out the binding operation by polypropylene or polyethylene straps on the protection cloth. In this way it is possible to limit the possibility of loss of dust, both during the packaging of the bale and during the next movement phases, storage and conveying.
BALE PACKAGING The packaging system foresees the binding of the bale on the nylon film, which wraps it. The operations foresee the longitudinal welding of the nylon, the wrapping and the contemporary binding of the bale during the removal and the transversal welding of the packaging closing. The nylon rolls to be used, that can be replaced once they are finished, can be commonly found on the market and their thickness can be chosen by every single customer. |
