The machine, which does not require the intervention of technicians for its installation, since it is shipped already assembled, ready to run, allows to carry out the binding of the bale, keeping a correct ergonomic position. Our standard production foresees machines with capacity of 25 and 60 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every single customer.
STRUCTURE The carpentry of the machine, manufactured in steel sheets and beams having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher stability to the continuous mechanical stress. The material is loaded by a door and pressed by the manual activation of a lever. The case and the sliding lower table allows an easy access for the packaging and the manual removal of the bale, as well as a correct ergonomic binding position.
PRESSING TABLE The table is made up by sheets and steel profiles having high thickness and it is equipped with a driving pole, which ensures stability and linearity to the table movement.
HYDRAULIC STATION The hydraulic station is made on the structure of the baling press, to optimize the floor requirements and make the machine aesthetically more linear. All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stresses, caused by the working pressure of the baling press and to the movement of the cursors. Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.
On request the baling press mod.D6/S can be equipped with manual pneumatic binding machine and with electronic weighing pan, to state exactly the weight of the bale and the production. |
