The baling press mod. D2OP is suitable for the pressing of cloth pieces and small size rags and of any material.
Our standard production foresees machines with capacity from 5 to 25 tons, with manual loading and sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every customer.

The machine is assembled on wheels, to allow the operator to take the most appropriate position to work and to place again the machine in non-disturbing areas during the stop periods of the machine.
The baling press is equipped with electronic weighing pan, to state exactly the weight of every bale and the general production.
The packaging of the bale can be made in nylon bags or cartons.

STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured in reinforced steel sheets having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher stability to the continuous mechanical stress.
Above the pressing piston, there is the loading tank, which is placed on electronic loading cells, connected with an appropriate weight display instrument.

PRESSING TABLE
Made up by sheets and steel profiles with high thickness, is completely coated on its sides with high density polyethylene plates, to ensure stability and mechanical resistance during the pressing operations.

PUSHING TABLE
Made up by sheets and steel profiles with high thickness, is completely coated on its sides with high density polyethylene plates, to ensure stability during the removal of the bale from the machine.

HYDRAULIC STATION
It is positioned on the rear part of the loading door and it is the most important part of the baling press; the execution speed of the finished bales, the strength developed by the machine, and a big part of the noise produced by the baling press as well as the reliability in the time of the good functioning depend on it.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.
