The machine, which does not require the intervention of technicians for the installation, since it is already assembled, ready to run, allows the contemporary employ of two operators, since the two working positions have a single and independent functioning. Our standard production foresees machines with capacity of 25 and 40 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every single customer.
STRUCTURE The carpentry of the machine, manufactured in steel sheets and beams having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher stability to the continuous mechanical stress. The material is loaded by doors and pressed by the manual activation of two separate levers. The sliding case allows an easy access for the packaging and the manual removal of the bale.
PRESSING TABLE Each table is made up by sheets and steel profiles having a high thickness and equipped with a driving pole, which ensures stability and linearity to the movement of the table.
HYDRAULIC STATION Each working position is equipped with its own hydraulic station, which is made on the structure of the baling press, to optimize the floor requirements and make the machine aesthetically more linear. All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stresses, caused by the working pressure of the baling press and wear and tear of the seals. Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.
On request the baling press mod.D6 can be equipped with manual pneumatic binding machine and with electronic weighing pan, to state exactly the weight of the bale and the production.
