The baling press mod. D4-SW is a machine with double rotating case, which allows the operator to carry out at the same time the operations of loading and binding in an erect position, reducing very much the production times.

It is suitable for the packaging of clothes and cloth pieces and for the realisation of bales of small dimensions.
The machine does not require the intervention of technicians for the installation, since it is shipped already assembled, ready to run.
STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured in steel sheets and beams having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher stability to the continuous mechanical stress.
Under the lower pressing table there is a space for the housing of the strap rolls, in order to keep the whole area around the press completely clean.
FUNCTIONING LOGIC
The baling press has been designed for the contemporary employ of two operators, one assigned to the binding and removal of the bale, the other to the loading of the pressure case.
During the normal working cycle, at the same time with the pressing operation, the case, to be loaded, will be placed at a distance near the floor, to make the loading operations easier.
During the operations of binding and removal of the bale, the empty case is loaded, and once all the operations have been finished, you have to carry out the manual rotation and the cycle is repeated.
HYDRAULIC STATION
It is made on the structure of the baling press, to optimize the floor requirements and make the machine aesthetically more linear.
All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stresses, caused by the working pressure of the baling press and wear and tear of the seals.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.
On request the baling press mod.D4-SW can be equipped with manual pneumatic strapping machine and with electronic weighing pan. |
