The baling press mod. DOR/A/V is suitable for pressing and reducing the overall dimensions of all types of waste paper, plastic materials of small and medium dimensions, plastic bottles and containers, aluminium cans, tetra pack containers and many other products, to be recycled.

Our production foresees machines with capacity from 40 to 200 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every single customer.
STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured with beams and reinforced steel sheets having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to the continuous mechanical stress.
The sliding base of the pressing table is made up of a special wear and tear resistant sheet, which is screwed with the base sheet of the structure, to be easily replaced.
PRESSING TABLE
It is made up of steel sheets and profiles with high thickness and it is equipped with a cutting blade, which is positioned on the upper part and with sliding steel wheels for its shifting.
Furthermore it is equipped with a device, which prevents the pressing table from jamming during the operations of pressure rammering.
HYDRAULIC STATION
It is the most important part of all the hydraulic baling presses; the execution speed of the finished bales, the strength developed by the machine, and a big part of the noise produced by the baling press as well as the reliability in the time of the good functioning depend on it.
In fact all the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stress, causes by the working pressure of the baling press, and to wear and tear of the seals.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.
The disposition of the electro-mechanical binding group with 3 or 5 binding wires can be vertical or horizontal, according to the customers’ needs and to the processed products.
The electric board for the drive and the control of the baling press and of the automatic loading, can be installed on the machine or in a remote position, according to the lay out of plant.
On request the baling press mod. DOR/A/V can be equipped with electronic weighing pan, to state exactly the bale weight and the production. |
