The baling press mod. D10/0/L is suitable for the packaging of materials such as rags, textile fibres, paper, nylon, wastes and many other industrial wastes.
Our standard production foresees machines with capacity from 10 to 30 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every single customer.
The baling press does not require the intervention of technicians for its installation, since it is shipped already assembled, ready to run.

STRUCTURE
It is manufactured by sheets in semi-finished steel with high thickness, which give to the machine stability and resistance to the continuous mechanical stresses.
The walls of the pressing case can be completely opened, to make easier the operations of binding, and removal of the bale. The baling press is complete with an upper loading door as well as holding blades, in a variable number, according to the typology of the processed material, for the pressing of voluminous materials.

PRESSING TABLE
It is made up of sheets and steel profiles having a high thickness and equipped, according to the capacity of the machine, with one or two driving poles, which ensure stability and linearity to the table movement.

HYDRAULIC STATION
It  is   made on  the structure of the baling press,  to optimize the floor requirements and make the machine aesthetically more linear.
All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stresses, caused by the working pressure of the baling press and to wear and tear of the seals.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.
On request the baling press mod. D10/0/L can be equipped with manual pneumatic strapping machine and with electronic weighing pan, to state exactly the  production.
