The baling press mod. D2OR is suitable for the pressing of Non Woven in pieces of 1 – 2 square cm, of loose textile under-products and other materials.
Our standard production foresees machines with capacity from 40 to 100 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every customer.
The machine is equipped with a special packaging system, which allows to wrap first the bale in welded  nylon clothes and then to carry out the binding operation with polypropylene or polyester straps on the protection cloth.
By this way it is possible to limit very much the possibility of dust escape, both during the packaging of the bale and during the next operations of movement, storage and conveying.

STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured by reinforced steel sheets   having a strong thickness, is always lightly oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher stability to  the continuous mechanical stress.
The baling press can be equipped with hydraulic holding blades, in variable number, according to the typology of the processed material, for the pressing of voluminous materials.

BALE PACKAGING
The packaging system  foresees the binding of the bale on the nylon film, which wraps it.
The automatic system allows to wrap completely the bale in nylon film.
The operations foresee the longitudinal welding of the nylon , the wrapping and the contemporary binding of the bale during the removal and the transversal welding for the closing of the packaging. The nylon rolls, to be used, which can be replaced once finished, can be found on the market commonly and the thickness can be chosen by every single customer.

HYDRAULIC STATION
It is positioned  on the machine  and it is  the most important part of the baling press;  the execution speed of the finished bales, the strength developed by the machine, and a big part of the noise produced by the baling press as well as the reliability in the time of the good functioning depend on it.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.
The machine can be loaded by conveyors or by a system for air/material separation (condenser).
To complete the plant there are the electric control board, which can be installed on the machine or in a remote position, and external perimeter protections.
