The baling press mod. DPF is suitable to empty and to reduce the floor requirement of cans and industrial containers, containing the remains of substances such as grease, paints, glues, oils and all the liquid blends, which do not have explosion risk. Our production foresees machines with capacity from 80 to 300 tons, with possibility to realize baling presses with technical features on specific request of every single customer.

STRUCTURE The carpentry of the machine, manufactured in steel sheets and beams having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to the continuous mechanical stress. On the opposite side of the loading side of the baling case there is a slot and a chute, respectively for the delivery of the processing residuals and for their conveying into collection containers for their disposal. The tipping wall rotates on bronze supports realizzati di pezzo, and it is kept in closing position by mechanical blocks.
PRESSING TABLE It is manufactured in sheets and steel profiles with high thickness and it is completely coated on its sides by high density polyethylene plated, to ensure the shifting inside the pressing case.
HYDRAULIC STATION It is the most important part of the baling press; the execution speed of the finished bales, the strength developed by the machine, and a big part of the noise produced by the baling press as well as the reliability in the time of the good functioning depend on it. In fact all the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stresses, caused byt the working pressure of the baling press and to the wear and tear of the seals. Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.
The electric control board can be installed on the machine or in a remote position, according to the lay out of the plant. |
