The baling press mod. D1 BWG is an underground baling press with double rotating case and hydraulic rammer.
The baling press is suitable for the packaging of voluminous materials and of foam rubber wastes in different cuts.
The necessary elements for the rotation of the cases are installed totally in the pit, which can have variable sizes, according to the dimensions of the cases and to the power capacity of the machine.
Our standard production foresees machines with capacity from  80 to 200 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every single customer.

STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured in  sheets and beams in steel having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of the  pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher stability to  the continuous mechanical stress.
On its loading side, the baling press is equipped with an hydraulic rammer, which has the function to reduce the material volume during the loading phase. The cases are equipped also with hydraulic holding blades, useful for the pressing of voluminous materials.

FUNCTIONING LOGIC
During the normal working cycle, the baling press is fed by fork lifts. During this phase the rammer helps the descent of the voluminous material into the pressing case, up to take it under the holding blades.
When the case has been loaded, the rotation starts. The machine carries out the pressing. Then the operator will bind the bale. The bale is removed using the fork lift. You can begin again to load the baling press.

HYDRAULIC STATION
The hydraulic station is positioned in a remote position compared to the baling press, while the control push button board is installed on a side of the machine.
All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stress, caused by the working pressure of the baling press and to wear and tear of the seals.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.

On request the baling press mod. D1 BWG can be equipped with manual pneumatic strapping unit.
