The baling press mod. D2 is an under ground baling press with sliding case, suitable for the packaging of rags, fibres, pulled material, paper, card board and many other textile under-products as well as industrial wastes of different kinds.
The machine is placed inside a pit, masonry finished, or inside an hermetic case, having variable sizes according to the dimensions of the pressing case.
The loading of the baling press can be manual, or according to the production needs, the  feeding can foresee the installation of an accumulation conveyor, which is fed by automatic hopper feeders.
Our standard production foresees machines with capacity from 25 to 500 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every single customer.

STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured in steel sheets and beams having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of the  pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to  the continuous mechanical stress.
The counter table is hardly fastened with the upper structure, screwed with the lower one, to carry out easily the extraordinary maintenance operations.
The counter table  is equipped with binding channels and  locking device for the eventual caps.
On the lower structure there are the pistons for the lifting of the case, with which the pressing case, sliding on internal guides, is fastened.
The simple effect pressing piston is locked by screws with the bale of the lower structure.

PRESSING TABLE
Manufactured by high thickness steel sheets and profiles and it is equipped with high density polyethylene plates and safety limit switches to ensure stability during the pressing operations and prevent the piston to come out from its seat.
On the table there are the channels for the binding of the bale, in variable number, according to the processed product and to the customer’s needs.


HYDRAULIC STATION
It is made on the  structure of the baling press to optimize the floor requirements and make the machine more linear.
All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stress, caused by the working pressure of the baling press and to wear and tear of the seals.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.

On request the machine can be equipped with  automatic picking up of the bale, electronic weighing pan and with any other component for the handling and the storage of the finished bales.
