The baling press mod. D15 B is an underground baling press with sliding case, suitable for the packaging of fibres, foam rubber, paper, cardboard and many other textile under-products as well as industrial wastes of different kinds.
The machine is placed inside a pit, masonry finished, or in an hermetic case, having variable sizes, according to the dimensions of the pressing case.
The machine can be fed manually or, according to the production needs, the feeding can foresee the installation of an accumulation conveyor, which is fed by automatic hopper feeders.
The standard production foresees machines with capacity from 40 to 300 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every single customer.

STRUCTURE
La The carpentry of the machine, manufactured in steel sheets and beams having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of the  pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to  the continuous mechanical stress.
On the upper structure, screwed with the lower one, to carry out easily the extraordinary maintenance operations, there is, in addition to the pistons for the activation of the sliding case, the counter table, which  is equipped with binding channels, locking device for the eventual caps.
This table can be hardly fastened with the structure, or, according to the type of processing, can be equipped with a rammering table, placed inside it.
On the lower structure, which houses the simple effect pressing piston, that is fastened with the base by screws, there are the sliding guides of the pressing case.
This case is manufactured by profiles and sheets in strong thickness steel and, according to the needs, can be equipped with hydraulic or mechanical holding  blades.

PRESSING TABLE
Made up by sheets and profiles in high thickness steel, it is equipped with high density polyethylene plates and safety limit switches, to ensure stability during the pressing operations and to prevent the piston to come out from its seat.
On the table there are the  channels for the binding of the bale, in variable number, according to the processed product and to the customer’s needs.

HYDRAULIC STATION
E' It is positioned near the machine and it is the most important par of the baling press; the execution speed of the finished bales, the strength developed by the machine, and a big part of the noise produced by the baling press as well as the reliability in the time of the good functioning depend on it.
All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stresses, caused by the working pressure of the baling press and to wear and tear of the seals.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.

On request the machine can be equipped with  automatic picking up of the bale, electronic weighing pan and with any other component for the automatic loading,  handling and the storage of the finished bales.
