The baling press mod. D3 B is an underground baling press, suitable for the packaging of fibre, in particular of cotton, plaited in trolleys. The machine is placed inside a pit, masonry finished, or in an hermetic case.
The baling press is loaded by trolleys, which are pushed manually above the pressing case. You have to note that during this phase the upper table moves, to allow the entry of the trolley. The baling press can be equipped with an automatic system for the bale picking up, piling unit, storage roller conveyor and electronic weighing pan.
The standard production foresees machines with capacity from 25 to 500 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every single customer.

STRUCTURE
La The carpentry of the machine is composed mainly of  in steel sheets and beams having a strong thickness, and it is always oversized compared to the effective needs of the  pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to  the continuous mechanical stress.
The sliding pressing case, manufactured by sheets and semi-finished materials in high thickness steel, allows and easy access for the packaging of the bale and the manual removal of the bale.
The baling press model D3 B is often combined with a plant complete with a bale  automatic picking up unit, hydraulic piling unit and a storage roller conveyor.

FUNCTIONIG LOGIC
During the working cycle, the operator places the caps both on the upper table and on the lower one.
Then the upper table moves to allow the entry of the trolley and the lower table goes down to allow the material accumulation. The operator pushes the trolley full of material above the pit of the pressing case, then an automatic system opens a slot under the trolley, which allows the material to fall down into the pit. The trolley is removed, the upper table goes to the original position, and the pressing is carried out. Once the operation has been finished, the case goes down, the bale remains between the two tables and the operator can package the bale with the caps.

HYDRAULIC STATION
The hydraulic station is positioned in a remote position compared to the baling press, on request also near the control push button board of the machine.
All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stress, caused by the working pressure of the baling press and to wear and tear of the seals.
