The baling press mod. D13 B is a machine suitable for the pressing of fibre and loose textile under-products of any kind.
The machine is fed by an air/fibre separator (condenser ), and one pusher for the transfer of the material inside the pressing case.
According to the production needs, the feeding of the machine can foresees the installation of an accumulation conveyor in the place of the hopper.
In this case the condenser loads the accumulation conveyor, which discharges the material into the loading pusher of the pressing case.
The production foresees machines with capacity from 60 to 500 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every single customer.

STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured in  reinforced steel sheets and beams having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of the  pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to  the continuous mechanical stress.
The sliding pressing case, manufactured in sheets and semi-finished materials in high thickness steel, allows an easy access for the packaging of the bale and the manual removal of the bale.
The feature of this machine is that it is equipped with an hydraulic rammer, which helps during the loading phase to reduce the volume of the loose material.
During this phase (rammering), the counter table is moved by a cylinder, and then it goes back to its original position when the pressing is carried out.
The machine is equipped with mechanical holding blades for the pressing of the more voluminous materials.

PRESSING TABLE
Manufactured by high thickness steel sheets and profiles and it is equipped with high density polyethylene plates and driving poles to ensure stability during the pressing operations.
On the table there are the channels for the binding of the bale, in variable number, according to the processed product and to the customer’s needs.

HYDRAULIC STATION
It is positioned near the loading pusher and it is the most important par of the baling press; the execution speed of the finished bales, the strength developed by the machine, and a big part of the noise produced by the baling press as well as the reliability in the time of the good functioning depend on it.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.

On request the machine can be equipped with automatic binding, automatic picking up of the bale, electronic weighing pan and with any other component for the handling and the storage of the finished bales.
