The baling press mod. DBI AUT is a baling press suitable for the packaging of cloth pieces, clothes and rags in bales of 45 - 55 kg. The machine is placed inside a pit, masonry finished, or in an hermetic case. The baling press is fed by trolleys, which are pushed manually on a "chain conveying system". Then, in a fully automatic way, the baling press DBI AUT carries out the operations of pressing, wrapping of the bale and binding. The baling press can be equipped with an automatic system for the picking up of the bale and with a storage roller conveyor. Our standard production foresees machine with capacity from 25 to 40 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every single customer.
STRUCTURE The carpentry of the machine is mainly composed of sheets and beams having a strong thickness and is always oversized compared to the effective needs of the pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to the continuous mechanical stress.
FUNCTIONING LOGIC The working cycle begins, taking the trolley full of material onto "chain conveying system". Automatically the trolley is conveyed under the baling press, the material is sent in a transfer tunnel and the trolley is conveyed out from the baling press. The material is moved into the pressing chamber by a container, which is moved by an hydraulic piston . When the material has been pressed, the automatic wrapping system positions the cloth around the bale, and then it is bound with the strap . Then the bale is picked up by automatic pliers, which position the bale on the storage roller conveyor.
HYDRAULIC STATION The hydraulic station is positioned in a remote position compared to the baling press, on request also near the control push button board of the machine. All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stresses, caused by the working pressure of the baling press, and to wear and tear of the seals.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer. |
