The baling press mod. D1 BCL is an underground baling press with stationary case and with pressing table, driven from high, suitable for the packaging of cloth pieces, clothes, rags, fibres, paper, cardboard and many other textile under-products as well as industrial wastes of different kinds.
The machine, designed to avoid the execution of the drilling for the insertion of the lower pressing piston, is placed inside a pit, masonry finished, or inside an hermetic case, having variable dimensions according to the sizes of the pressing case.
The loading of the baling press can be manual or, according to the production needs, the feeding can foresee the installation of an accumulation conveyor, which is fed by automatic hopper feeders.
Our standard production foresees machines with capacity from 40 to 300 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every single customer.

STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured in steel sheets and beams having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of the pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher resistance to the continuous mechanical stress. On the upper structure, screwed with the lower one, to carry out easily the extraordinary maintenance operations , there is , in addition to the pressing pistons connected with the pressing table, the piston for the activation of the counter table. This table is equipped with binding channels, locking device for the eventual caps and safety device to avoid the crashing of the lower limbs during the descent up to the floor . The pressing case, manufactured in high thickness steel sheets and profiles, is hardly fastened with the lower structure, which is stirrupped with the pit, that contains the machine.

PRESSING TABLE
Made up by sheets and profiles in high thickness steel, it is equipped with high density polyethylene plates , to ensure stability during the pressing operations .
The table, which shifts inside guides, which are placed on the lower structure , is equipped with channels for the binding of the bale, in variable number, according to the processed product and to the customer’s needs.

HYDRAULIC STATION
It is made on the upper structure of the baling press to optimize the floor requirements and make the machine more linear .
All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stress, caused by the working pressure of the baling press and to wear and tear of the seals.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.

On request the machine can be equipped with automatic picking up of the bale, electronic weighing pan and with any other component for the handling and the storage of the finished bales.
