The baling press mod. D1 is a baling press with single case, suitable for the packaging of clothes and cloth pieces and for the realisation of small size bales . The standard production foresees machines with capacity from 15 to 40 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every single customer. STRUCTURE The carpentry of the machine, manufactured in sheets and beams in strong thickness steel, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of the pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher stability to the continuous mechanical stress. FUNCTIONING LOGIC During the normal working cycle, the empty case is loaded manually by the operator , then the material is pressed and it is taken up to a certain height, in order to allow an easy binding of the bale. Once the bale has been manually removed, the cycle is repeated. HYDRAULIC STATION The hydraulic station is positioned on a side of the baling press, near the control push button board of the machine. All the hydraulic components are continuously subject to mechanical stress, caused by the working pressure of the baling press and to wear and tear of the seals. Because of this reason Dabizzi C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer. On request the baling press mod. D1 can be equipped with electronic weighing pan, manual pneumatic strapping machine and automatic system for the bale picking up.
