D1 BW

The baling press mod. D1 BW is a machine with double rotating case, which allows the operator to carry out at the same time the operations of loading and binding, in an erect position, reducing very much the production times. It is suitable for the packaging of clothes and cloth pieces and for the realisation of small size bales. The necessary elements for the rotation of the cases are installed completely in the pit, which can have variable dimensions, according to the dimensions of the cases and to the power capacity of the machine . Our standard production foresees machine with capacity from 15 to 45 tons, with sizes and weight of the finished bale on specific request of every single customer.

STRUCTURE
The carpentry of the machine, manufactured in sheets and beams in steel having a strong thickness, is always oversized compared to the effective needs of the pushing power, in order to guarantee a higher stability to the continuous mechanical stress.
The housing of the strap rolls for the binding is on the headstock of the baling press, in order to make the whole area around the baling press free from any obstacle.

FUNCTIONING LOGIC
The baling press has been designed for the contemporary employ of two operators, one assigned to the binding and removal of the bale, the other one assigned to the loading of the pressing case . During the normal working cycle, at the same time of the operation of pressing, binding and removal of the bale, the empty case is loaded. Once the finished bale has been manually removed, you have the automatic rotation of the case, and the cycle is repeated. The whole operation of loading, rotation of the cases, binding and removal of the bale lasts about 35 seconds.

HYDRAULIC STATION
The hydraulic station is positioned on a side of the baling press, near the control push buttons board of the machine.
Because of this reason Dabizzi & C. s.n.c. has chosen to use leader products such as Bosh Rexroth, Casappa and Denison, as guarantee of their construction quality and of the final customer.

On request the baling press mod.D1 BW can be equipped with electronic weighing pan and manual pneumatic strapping machine.
